How do I place a custom order?

You may submit a request using the Custom Order Form located on the main menu. Please note this is just a request, I reserve the right to decline a request.

How do custom orders work?                                                                 

Custom orders will be completed in the order they are received. I will contract you via email with further information. Here we can go over details of what you would like. 

How long do custom orders take?

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for custom orders to be completed. All orders are made to order unless you are ordering from our Ready-to-Ship collection. 

***Ready-to-Ship items will be mailed out within 1-2 business days 

Shipping courier?

USPS. If you would prefer another method of shipping, please contact me via email with your order number immediately.

How long does shipping take?

For east coast customers, please allow 3-5 business days after package has shipped. Midwest and west coast customers, please allow 4-7 business days after package has shipped.

International shipping?

At this time there is no shipping outside of the US and Puerto Rico.

Care & Maintenance

*DO NOT- submerge your product in water. It is not water proof. Only water resistant

*DO NOT- use chemicals on your product as they can react to resin

*PLEASE- use a damp microfiber cloth to clean your resin pieces and it will be just FINE!!
